Service Description
Three 60-minute sessions, design to support you in understanding who you are now that you have done the groundwork of healing from codependency. Did you know your identity is defined based on your perception of the world, your parent's emotional state while raising you, and your thoughts? Redefining who you are and incorporating self compassion and nurturing on your healing journey is crucial in finding your new identity. Learn to work through triggers while setting boundaries and feel in control of your own life again! After each session, you will be given a written summary via email of our discussion and the next steps. (You will schedule your first session after you pay, and your next session will be scheduled directly with me) .
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at anytime. However, you may not qualify for a refund depending on the service. (Only bookings of 5 sessions or more qualify for a 40% refund of remaining unused sessions)
